Privacy Policy
This policy explains what AlphaNode Technologies collects when you use Meo Studio and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account: your email, name and a hashed password (or your Google profile if you sign in with Google).
- Content: photos and clips you upload, your prompts, and the images and videos you create.
- Payments: handled by PayPal. We receive your payment status and PayPal email, never your card number.
- Technical: a sign-in cookie and a one-way hash of your IP address, used to limit free-offer abuse.
How we use it
To run the service, create your videos, process payments, prevent abuse and answer support requests. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Higgsfield (AI generation), which receives your uploads and prompts to create your results.
- PayPal (payments).
- Railway (hosting).
- Google (only if you choose Google sign-in).
These providers may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos and clips are deleted automatically after 72 hours.
- Your creations and account stay until you delete them or ask us to.
- Gallery videos are shown only if you turned sharing on, and are removed when you turn it off.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing sales@alphanodetech.com. We reply within 30 days.
