We want you to be happy with Meo Studio. Here's how refunds work.
Failed or blocked videos
If a generation fails, is blocked by the content filter, or you leave the waiting line, the credits go back to your account automatically.
Plans and credit packs
- You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying if you've used less than 10% of the credits from that payment.
- After that, or once more credits are used, payments aren't refundable, but you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Auto-renew can be turned off at any time from your account menu. Access continues until the paid period ends.
How to ask
Email sales@alphanodetech.com with the email on your account and your PayPal transaction ID. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5–10 business days.
