Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Meo Studio, operated by AlphaNode Technologies ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Meo Studio lets you create images and videos with third-party AI models. Results can vary and a model may be changed or removed at any time.
Your account
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- The free Genjutsu offer is one video per person. Creating extra accounts to claim it again is not allowed.
Credits and plans
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- Monthly plan credits reset each billing month and don't carry over, except the Studio plan, which carries unused credits over for one month.
- Credit packs stay usable while you have an active plan.
- If a generation fails or is blocked, its credits are returned automatically.
- Prices can change. Changes never affect a period you've already paid for.
What you can upload and create
- Only upload photos and videos you own or have permission to use.
- Don't put a real person in a video without their consent. This includes public figures.
- No sexual content involving real people, no content involving minors in any sexual or harmful context, no harassment, hate, fraud, or content that breaks the law.
- Don't use results to deceive people, for example by passing off a generated video as real footage of an event.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund.
Ownership
You own what you create, subject to the terms of the model providers. If you choose to share a free Genjutsu video in the gallery, you let us show it on Meo Studio and in our marketing until you remove it. You can remove it at any time.
Reference clips
Reference videos come from Pexels under the Pexels License. They're provided as inputs for your creations and may not be downloaded or resold on their own.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
