Getting started
How do I make my first video?
Go to Ad Studio, paste the link to your product page (or upload one clear product photo), pick a style and a shape, and press the button. Most videos are ready in 2 to 5 minutes.
Which shape should I pick?
Vertical (9:16) for Reels, TikTok and Stories; square (1:1) for the feed; wide (16:9) for YouTube and websites.
Where do my videos go?
Everything you make is saved in My library (account menu → My library). Download any video from there.
Credits and billing
How many credits does a video cost?
It depends on the model, length and quality, and the exact cost is shown on the button before you start. On the Pricing page, the calculator shows how many videos each plan buys.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes, once: a 300-credit pack with no subscription. The bigger credit packs are for subscribers, on top of their plan.
How do I turn off auto-renew?
Open the account menu and choose Turn off auto-renew (or My account → Billing). You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you charge GST?
Prices in rupees are shown without GST; 18% GST is added at checkout. Rupee payments are by UPI.
Problems
My render failed. Do I get my credits back?
Yes, automatically. Failed and blocked renders are always refunded; you'll see it in My account → Recent credit use.
My payment went through but I don't see the credits
Card and PayPal payments usually arrive within a minute. UPI payments are confirmed by hand, usually within minutes during the day (IST). If it's taking longer, contact us with your order ID.
Why was my upload or prompt refused?
We don't allow sexual content, or using a well-known person's face without permission. If you think it was a mistake, contact us with the creation ID.
Your account
How much can I store?
Each plan has a library allowance (Free 1 GB, Starter 10 GB, Creator 30 GB, Studio 100 GB). If you go over, we tell you and give you 14 days to download or delete before the oldest creations are removed.
Can I use my videos commercially?
Yes, on every paid plan.
How do I delete my account or download my data?
My account → Privacy has both.
More questions
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No. Choose “Debit or credit card” at checkout and pay as a guest. PayPal processes the payment securely and we never see your card number.
What are templates?
Short reference videos. Pick one, add your photo, and we make a version starring you. Camera-move and effect templates animate your photo; reference clips run through Genjutsu.
What is a credit?
One credit is one cent of model cost. Images cost 1 to 73 credits each and videos are charged per second, so higher quality costs more: a 5-second Seedance 2.0 clip is 152 credits at 720p and 778 at 4K. Every quality button shows its cost before you press Create.
Can I use what I make commercially?
Yes, on every paid plan. You own your outputs, subject to the terms of each model provider.
What if a render fails?
You get the credits back automatically. Blocked content is refunded too.
Can I cancel?
Pay-once plans simply end. Auto-renew plans can be cancelled any time from your account menu, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
